About me:

      My name is Cristina P. Velez Castro, I am 21 years old, from San Sebastian, Puerto Rico and am currently in my fourth year at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez Campus (UPRM) pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biology. I am an undergraduate researcher at my university and have been involve in multiple student organizations. I aspire to become a doctor and a surgeon in the future. Therefore, my short-term future goals are entering medical school and becoming a first-generation physician. I am a very passionate young lady who loves family time, adventures and going to the gym.
